Applications can be returned to the L&KV in person, by mail or via email. Please do not include any cash or checks. Someone from our membership committee will be in touch once we receive your application. Please note any application received between Sept 1st and Jan 31st will not be considered until February.
Paper copies of the application can be picked up at the L&KV during one of our Open House Events. If you have any questions about the application or becoming a member please reach out to use via phone, email or in person. We hope to hear from you soon!
