Thank you for the interest in becoming a sponsor of the Lehigh & Keystone Valley Model Railroad Museum. We are a nonprofit 501C-3 corporation, your donation for sponsorship is tax deductible. Your sponsorship allows our membership to continue the upkeep on our building and our layout. Everything on our layout has been built by our membership, which is all volunteer.
As a sponsor, we will display your name or business on our Sponsor Train that runs around our entire layout on the upper level during our public events. On average, we see around 3,500 visitors yearly. In addition, our sponsors will be listed on our website and in other places in our building. Sponsors and their family are also entitled to visit our open houses for free.
We offer a few tiers of sponsorship. A full car length advertisement on the train is $200, a half car length advertisement on the train is $100, and a billboard on the layout is $100. We are also offering a package that includes a full car and a billboard for $250 and a half car and billboard for $150. The final tier we offer is a personalized freight car that is part of the advertising train. This will be a freight car of your choice that will be painted and decaled for your business. The cost of this is $300 per car. The sponsorship will run for 1 year (365 days) from the date of payment.
